So self-storage or self-service storage, as you might call it.

It's an industry that, for those of you who may not know, rents storage space like rooms,

lockers, containers, outdoor spaces, also known as storage units.

And in this business, you rent that to tenants, usually on a short-term basis, but not necessarily.

I'm a user of this product.

I've got a storage unit now with extra furniture.

Used to have a storage space where I would park my RV.

So I understand it from a consumer's perspective.

But this is seemingly such a hot industry that everybody's asking about, it seems, over the last few years.
