I think this is particularly important if you do find you're in a situation where you don't like this person particularly much,

especially if they're like a family member or something like that, where you

definitely love them and definitely don't want to end that relationship.

But if you spend too much time with them, you start to just really want to yell at them or like you get nasty with each other or something like that,

that that's definitely a place where kind of realizing just because I love this person doesn't mean I need to spend all my time with them if I'm not being charged up by that.

You know if I'm not feeling at ease, I'm not feeling comfortable, I'm not feeling even like I respect this person. It's okay to do what you can

to try to minimize the amount of time you spend with them if that's still a relationship

that you want to maintain at all rather than just leave entirely.
