Summary

The Discipline of Happiness (Why Joy Isn’t Accidental)

We often imagine happiness as a fleeting emotion, a stroke of luck that comes and goes. But what if true, sustained joy is something we cultivate, not something we stumble upon? "The Discipline of Happiness: Why Joy Isn't Accidental" explores the idea that happiness, like any skill, requires practice. It delves into the habits, mindsets, and intentional choices that foster an inner state of well-being. This isn't about chasing temporary highs or ignoring life's challenges. It's about developing a resilience of spirit that allows joy to flourish even amidst difficulty.
