all right welcome to episode 476 hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode of new

mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today just a quick message to help you and me think a bit

differently about time time right that the thing that as I've got an older I've

realized truly is our most valuable asset that's not money the that looks

those fade it's not accolades it's it's time it's the most precious thing we

have our ability to have a past to be in the present and to have hope for the

future of time and I've realized realized in a sense that in that context this

idea of filling our cups right that's a self development wellness cliche if I've

ever heard one filling our cups you know I've realized what that really means you

know you could definitely fill your cup by forgiving yourself by giving to

yourself by saying no to others and yes to yourself by chasing your passions and

doing the things you love and and loving yourself and so on and so forth and I

like those a lot but I think the simplest way to fill your cup to give back to

yourself to appreciate yourself is to take your power back in life and stop

rushing and to be present in your life's moment as you live them not looking

back and remembering the glory days not looking back and reminiscing on on how

simple life used to be not looking back and sighing because you were young and
