The Hello and welcome to mini episode number 475 of real-life ghost stories.

And I have five spooky stories for you today.

And the last story comes from the 1st of June 2025.

And story number one comes from Bridget.

I decided to write in after listening to episode 447, as the story reminded me about two things

potentially worth mentioning on the podcast. First, I also have a memory of breathing underwater.

I was about eight or so, and we had an above-ground pool in the backyard. I was underwater looking at the sunlight and remember taking a few breaths. Unlike the stories you mentioned, I wasn't stuck or at risk of drowning. I've always obviously assumed that I misremembered this, but I didn't have an

overactive imagination, and it's interesting that other people have had similar experiences.

Second, I want to share my former co-worker Vick's ghost picture so that people can give their

opinions. We are environmental scientists,

and Vic was at a house that was going to be renovated taking some pictures.

She took the photos on her phone.

In one picture taken outdoors along the side of the house,

you can clearly see a person reflected in the bottom right of the window.

It's an older woman with a hooked nose, dark hair and a white shirt.

There were one or two people in the house, but no one who looked like this.

Plus there are curtains inside.

And it looks like she is standing outside, but no one was there except my co-worker who

was in her 20s.
