People are starting to realize that maybe staying up a few extra hours to get work done, watching videos on our phones late at night, or pulling an all-nighter might not be so great. Let’s face it, everyone is guilty of doing one of these things at least once. Even then, so many of us are unable to sleep peacefully or make it a consistent habit. In this podcast, I’ll go over why sleep care is the new self-care and how you can develop healthier sleeping habits so you can get started on your journey to a good night’s rest.
