0:10.9

how to do that today with my guest, Jean-Paul Gravel.

John Paul, man, great to have you here. Can you, for people who don't know, we were starting

0:30.6

off there a little bit, but just give your background story a little bit, how you grew up,

0:33.8

and what led you to where you're right now? Yeah, my background. My background was filled with

1:32.2

I stopped that nonsense, but I still had that other energy, all that aggression, all that

1:37.8

you know, you don't let anybody talk to you like this and, you know, take a lot of things

1:41.2

personally and stuff, but stop the violence. And then somewhere in my house, 1996, New York City,

1:47.8

I experienced something that had me realize that I do not have to be angry. I do not have to

1:55.3

be upset. I don't have to take things personally. I do not have to be a quote unquote tough guy.

2:02.0

And I realized that I wanted to be a contribution to the world. Now, sounds kind of cheesy. And that's
