Let's give a damn about literally anything because it sounds counterintuitive if you're

like, dang, I am so overwhelmed by the chaos of this world, everything feels too big,

everything feels impossible so that when we feel overwhelmed, we're like, okay, I'm just

going to do nothing. But what I actually think, the answer to bringing back joy, to feeling

more grounded, to feeling more present in your life, to growing and flourishing as a person

or as a family, I think that the answer is caring about something with passion, is giving

a damn about, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter what it is, it's that you have something

in your life that lights your heart on fire.
