I've come across where, for example, when you go to buy healthy groceries for $100, some people

may say, oh, that's too much. You know, eating too healthy is way too expensive. But then you go out

for dinner and dessert for $100. No problem. I'll do that in a

second. You know, when it comes to watching Netflix, it's very easy to say, you know what, give me one more episode, one more episode, give me more. But when it comes to getting one hour workout in, which is 4% of your day, you say you have no time. So the moral of the story is that I truly believe whatever it is that you prioritize and whatever that you value you'll make happen even just when it

comes down to it getting to bed on time, it's easy to say, oh, I'm too busy. I can't do that. But then when it comes to scrolling social media, you know, you can do it for another hour, right? So long story short is there's always an opportunity. You just have to make it. It's something I'm very passionate about. And I just want to share that with you today. I love what Kyle had to share there. And I'm going to add on to that with my quote, which is you can choose your hard. So life is all about choices. We make a ridiculous amount of choices. I was just reading a book. And the author had mentioned how if we actually log all the choices we had to make, he was doing just that. And by 2 p.m.,

he had 300 choices he had to make. For instance, when you wake up, what kind of clothes do you

want to wear? Do you want to go on a walk or not? Are you going to look at your phone or no? Are you going to actually do some work? Are you going to do something else? What flavor coffee do you want? You get the point. We're making all these choices all the time. And in in our life we can make choices that can either be

positive or negative and those small choices we make day in or day out can either make our life

easier or harder so all the time coach kiles mentioned before being overweight is hard being

unsure of where you are in your fitness and your health is hard being sick is hard and at the end of the day
