tune and now for today's show we're going to be talking about seasonal effective disorder and anxiety. It's also been called seasonal anxiety disorder.

So I think that's kind of interesting. I'm from the Northeast and seasonal effective disorder has been an issue for a long time.

I think people have always struggled with it, but it had been not that long ago, started to be talked about as something that was really

happening to people and that there are actions that you can take to ease that

feeling of sadness, depression, anxiety that may be coming up.

You know, I never thought that I would really do a show about this until I've been noticing this winter in the email flooded actually

with people asking about this. A lot of people really connecting their

heightened anxiety with the winter.

So I'm deciding that it's really this it's linked to the seasonal effective

disorder and so I really want to talk about it so that those of you who maybe have not
