all right welcome to episode 472 hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode of

new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today the title the geezers paradox and the title is a bit of a

joke but it's a segue into a very real topic that is the role of paradox the

role that an idea like less is more can play in our lives because if there's

something that I come back to time and time again after years and years and

years frankly of always thinking that happiness success confidence fulfillment

that those things lie on the other side of blindly chasing more and better I

have realized the role that different or simpler plays in life and I've said

that time and time again on the podcast and that isn't particularly new but

right now at 34 I am after just that I am open to different and I am after

simpler and this topic of the geezers paradox and the less is more idea that

I'm going to review here it really reflects the power of this mindset so the

geezers paradox I saw this on Twitter randomly from a user named internet

hippo so you know you know it's legit when it's from someone named internet

hippo literally just said the following it said you don't become cooler with

age but you do care progressively less about being cool which is the only way to

actually be cool the geezers paradox that's it right nothing scientific or like
