Today marks a huge milestone for the podcast. We are two-thirds of the way through our 90 episodes in 90-day sprint. For the past 60 days in a row, I have posted a daily

podcast episode, which is still crazy to think about, considering that when I started this

podcast back in 2020, I recorded an original eight episode mini series. And after that, I stopped

recording for almost five months months because I thought there was

no possible way I could talk about anything else related to the business model. And here we are

472 episodes later and 60 straight daily episodes of hopefully bringing you value to improve and

operate your business. In today's episode, I want to

talk about a big decision that I made in the last couple of years that's completely changed my

personal business. If I've learned anything over the past seven years of being an entrepreneur,

it's that most growth doesn't come from hacks. If you're chasing hacks and chasing

secrets, all you're going to find are breadcrumbs. One clear decision beats a thousand scattered

actions. With many businesses and not just e-commerce ones, indecision is often the bottleneck,

not a lack of strategy. If you've been listening to even half

of the episodes I've recorded over the past five years, you likely know exactly what you need to do.

And if you're not where you want to be yet, it's probably not from a lack of knowledge or understanding.

It's most likely due to indecision, doubt, fear, or possibly your budget.
