It was actually the audio book that Josh recommended recently from Cameron Haynes. And he had said it a few times. And I just, I was like, I have to write this down. I think it's incredible. And I feel like no matter what we're trying to achieve, like we all have so much potential |

| 2:00.8 | And then there was another dude who just like had the worst genetics who just like shouldn't have been a professional golfer, but he worked so hard. Like he shouldn't have been there, but he ended up being absolutely incredible. And it just really got me thinking of like whatever it is that we can do, we have so much potential and it's just such a waste of potential. And I'm sure a lot of you can think of something that you specialize in. You know, I know so many people that I grew up with that played a high level of hockey and then they got into some bad paths and stuff like that. And they had so much potential to be their absolute best. And the same goes for fitness. I feel like between Josh, myself, every single one of you, you have so much potential to be an insane, amazing person that fitest, healthiest and happiest version of yourself. And to let that go to waste, it would just be a waste, essentially. So that's my quote for this week. Yeah, I truly believe every person has limitless potential. And we set goals so big, so scary, so crazy, it seems like it can't be done. |
