2:11.4 | So you have this really unique approach to looking at anxiety. It's not the actual problem, but it's like a compass we can use. |
2:20.6 | To detect where the problem actually lies, which is a really different way of looking at anxiety. So I'd love for you to extrapolate on that and talk about what you mean by that specifically. |
2:31.0 | Yeah, so the way I put it in the book is that anxiety is not the final answer. It's the beginning of our inquiry. |
2:41.7 | And I think it's actually a pretty profound departure from how I was trained to think about diagnosis. |
