Chelsea and I want to have the conversation with you now about how far is too far in answering this question that so many of you have had, even ourselves, at different times in our lives.

And I think it is a really, really interesting conversation and dynamic to talk about something like this, especially because this can be considered taboo and

a little strange to hear about over a podcast. But we want to do our best in having this dialogue

and this conversation as openly as possible. So welcome in.
