So today I'm joined by Allie and Josh.

They're known as a five couple.

They're real estate investors.

They're longtime friends of mine.

And they're also online educators who believe that there's a lot of hype out there about how much you actually need to achieve financial freedom. And many times people say it's a lot more than you actually need. So I actually want to start there, guys, is where did this actually come from that you need $10 million to achieve financial freedom? And why do you think that might be misleading or maybe even wrong for a lot of people?

You know, admittedly, kind of where it stems from, I can't fully say.

But I can tell you that, you know, when we began our journey now almost nine years ago

towards financial freedom, a lot of times things like the 4% rule with index funds is what we were hearing about.

And the numbers that we were seeing online felt really astronomical.

Sometimes it would be $3 million, $5 million, etc.

To live like what people described as a really comfortable life.

And at first, that kind of left us feeling kind of hopeless, admittedly. et cetera, to live like what people described as a really comfortable life.
