Hey everyone, Ben-Kumba Radio episode. I don't know, it doesn't matter. So recently

we've had a couple of people on the show where we've talked about coaching,

personal development, mentorship, the value of actually having someone in your life that

helps guide you that asks hard questions. We had Ben Newman on the show. Recently I was

quizzing him on what the value of a coach is and actually quite often people

are worried about the cost of a coach and actually you have to kind of put it in perspective and say okay you might pay X amount of money for coaching but what's going to happen at the back end what layer of that onion are you revealing? So what I'm going to do today is we're

actually going to do a live mentorship and coaching session. So I'll introduce my guest in a second,

but I'm a big fan of personal development,

as you know, and I want to continually grow

as a practitioner, I want to grow as a person, I want to grow as a husband. I want to grow as a

business owner. I want to grow as a leader to the people that I have in my life

because I think that's very important to be able to inspire people around you.

So why I want to know what the other layers of my onion are. There's things in my life that I want to solve.

There's also things that I'm thinking about and I want to know if they're correct.

So I want to kind of almost like second check myself to see if I'm on the right path.

But essentially this would be quite an open-ended session. I don't know what's going to be

asked of me and I don't know where the conversation is going to go but I'm going to sit here

and I'm going to be honest, I'm going to be vulnerable and I'm going to explore what's going to happen.
