that we need them to really get a full grasp of all of the concepts so they have everything in context

that you're going to try or not. So the best place to start of course is to look at what a catogenic diet is.

And all a catogenic diet is is a diet that puts you into a state known as

Nutritional kitosis is when you are consuming food,
