think it's a product that people want to buy. And with a lot of products that people don't want to

buy, they're looking for any excuse to return it. There are a lot of products out there, though,

where there's a strong need to have the product and it might be something that people feel

a sense of wanting to buy. I think a great example in the pet niche is a leash. If you get a new

dog, you're going to need some type of leash. So this is a product that a pet owner would need to buy
