know you better sure so me and my team were in San Diego, San Diego, California.

Been in the business 11 years, really it was after the recession and

because of the recession I really attribute a lot of

success to having been through that and built a business through it because you had to

get serious or you kind of had to get out of the way. So from that point to here we've built the business to do 188

homes closed last year. In San Diego we have a much higher average price point than the majority of

the countries so that 188 homes was just a hair under a hundred and fifty two
