All right welcome to episode 466. Hello my friend, welcome to a fresh new

episode of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank

you for supporting me and today I have a topic I'm really passionate about

although I suppose I'm passionate about pretty much everything I talk about

here definitely takes some enthusiasm to do 466 episodes and it still kind of

baffles me that I found 466 things to talk about but I suppose also that's

just a reflection of the variety of flavors that life serves up for us.

There's just a lot to examine and personally I love that that my growth is not

limited that my mindset is not limited and particularly that my opportunity in

life is not limited and that's what I want to talk about in this episode.

Namely the opportunity we create for ourselves or don't create for ourselves

because we're gaslighting ourselves gaslighting ourselves this is an episode

about self gaslighting the way we tend to gaslight ourselves and end up on the

sidelines of our own life simply because of the way we've conditioned ourselves

to think in a very limited way where how we allow ourselves to see the world in a

very limited way and so I'm excited to talk about this topic practically and I

think you'll get a lot out of it so I'll get right into it real quick before I
