What kind of leader are you? And when things get tough… What do you want people to remember about how you led?

With all the changes happening in our industry—and the recent shutdown of a company many of us knew—real leadership is being put to the test.

In this episode, I talk about two very different kinds of leaders. I share real-life examples so you can see what makes them so different—and why it matters.

What I share will give you a simple blueprint for how to lead better—especially if you’re building something that’s meant to last. Because if you're chasing legacy, not just success… then LOVE-LED™ leadership is the only way to do it.

Listen to Learn:

1:11 - How true leadership emerges in crisis and why challenging times reveal more about a person's leadership style and character than when things are going well

2:12 - The fundamental difference between leading from a place of fear versus leading from a place of love

4:30 - The unsustainable nature of fear-led growth and the reasons that a fear-driven approach that prioritizes profit over people ultimately leads to burnout and pushes people away

8:22 - Why leaders who publicly criticize those who make different choices damage their own reputation and team culture

10:15 - The core principles of a LOVE-LED™ approach to leadership, and how leading in this way results in long-term profit and trust
