As usual, I'm joined by Steve and of course if you've been listening to the show, this is Mark, and we are going to get into what's changing.

Steve, we have been trying to define the experience project, what it is, what we're doing,

our goals, what we're hoping to accomplish.

And even among you and I, it's been an ongoing conversation. So it feels a little bit difficult to fully put parameters around it and explain it. let's start at the beginning and just say

what is the experience project why are we doing it and what are some of the goals?

For me we've been incredibly fortunate through XO Mountain Gear, through this

podcast to have access to a lot of different people, different perspectives. We've had access to the

latest and greatest gear. I think we have a unique approach to the industry and gear and that we are constantly seeking for the truth and what's actually going to make

someone's hunt more enjoyable a better experience versus what's just

marketing fluff.

Simultaneously, you know, I kind of come at like just turned 40 this year,

your turn 40 this year, I realized like I've been really getting after this since I was

18 19 years old I've got 20 plus years of experience now which seems crazy to me but
