Thank you Pat I'm so excited to be here and you know what? We've been waiting a while to get together, you and I, so this is a perfect kickoff.

Can I just give you a quick update on where I come from and all of us to that?

nineteen eighty nine with my wife Gloria we did pretty well in those days it was a tough market but it was was awesome we

were at it for about 11 years and we were selling upwards in those days the

the numbers were pretty high and nowadays some some of the teams are doing a lot more we just didn't have a team it was just the two of us but we were selling a hundred to 125 homes a year for quite a few years there and then I started doing coaching for the Mike Ferry organization, did that for about eight years, became a senior coach and was coaching coaches, plus a ton of real estate agents, and then we went off on our own.

So that's the last, whatever it is, nine years or so, we've been running Bruce Keith coaching

and seminars and basically we function in three ways.
