I've manifested being on your broadcast. I love it. We're going to get to the bottom of the

manifestation moment, but it is such an honor to have you. I really enjoyed reading you on MyBuddyGreen.

So great to finally have you. And one of the things I thought was so fascinating about you is your

background. You are not the likely candidate to write a book which touches on the law of attraction,

given all of your credentials. So let's start there. Can you talk a bit about your background

and the work you do? Okay, yeah. So I'm an Oxford University trained medical doctor. So first reason

you think I wouldn't write about manifestation. I have a PhD in neuroscience and I worked as a

psychiatrist for seven years in the NHS in the UK. And then I changed career and became an executive

advisor to people in financial services. This was around 2008, so there were a lot of really

stressed people in financial services. So my background as a psychiatrist kind of flowed into that.

Then neuroscience became more of a kind of buzz topic and business and leadership. So I started

speaking and then I started writing some books. The third one is The Source, which merges science

and spirituality. I'm also a faculty at MIT Sloan and I'm host of the podcast, Reinvent

Yourself of Dr. Tara, which is all about neuroplasticity, stories of neuroplasticity.

So you are so credentialed in all the right places and which is a feat in and of itself.
