you're putting so much amazing information and helping so many people. So, yeah, it's super

honor to be here. And so, for those that don't know me, my name is Dr. Viv. Well, Vivian.

I go by Dr. Viv on social media, because that's what people call me. But I'm a conventionally

trained MD. I went to medical school in the UK. And I am a big proponent of science and using

science as the guiding light to help people with their health. But through my own journey,

through my own family's health journey, I started to realize that although medical school

equipped me with a very good toolbox of symptom relief, so treatments that helped people

relieve their symptoms, we weren't very good at getting to root causes. And therefore, we weren't

very good at giving people long-term relief from their symptoms. So, I started to get the solution.

I felt like I was prescribing a pill for every ill. And my patients will come back to me

year after year, and they end up with more and more medications. And sometimes I was prescribing
