Summary

I've never invested in raw land. My #1 reason? Since raw land has no utility, there's no way to pull income from it. And at this stage of my life, I value income-producing assets.

But, my guest on today's show has a great system for solving that problem.

0:35.3	what was your story and your path into real estate investment?
0:40.0	All right so I used to do investment banking and mergers and acquisitions with private equity groups.
0:47.0	And just mid-market stuff, you know, five to five hundred million in enterprise value. So nothing too crazy.

0:55.7	I had no control.
0:57.4	I was micromanaged.
0:59.0	I had a 45 minute to commute to work and back.
1:03.0	And it was, I like Josh, it was so bad
1:07.5	that I wouldn't get the Sunday Blues
1:10.2	anticipating Monday coming around having to go. I had to get the Friday blues
