All right welcome to episode 464. Hello my friend and welcome to a fresh new

episode of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank

you for supporting me and today I want to build on something that I talked about

almost three years ago on the podcast three years ago that's a long time ago

it's a lot of episodes ago it's a lot of growth three invention evolution ago but

it's an episode that I think has been really pivotal in how I look at life and

particularly how important the words we use are I say that all the time of course

but the words we use are so important when it comes to the limits we put on

ourselves be those limiting beliefs and posture syndrome what we think we're

capable of or not the way we see opportunity or not the way we prescribe

intent or goodness to others and so on and so on the words we use are so

important because they dictate our reality the stories we tell ourselves are

so important because they dictate our reality and a couple years ago I did

an episode titled self-made where I talked about a particular phrase that I

hear a lot in life and that phrase was I was shaped by my past I was shaped by

my past or someone would say you know I was shaped by and then talk about a

very specific experience in their life I was shaped I was shaped and basically
