Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Do you know what one of the most misconceptions about happiness is?

Is that happy people are happy all the time?

That's not true.

When someone cuts us off on the freeway and it's dangerous, it frightens us.

When we call customer service because we need their help and we're holding online for
