0:26.7	I want to know what was the journey as a psychotherapist, too, of going towards body, of like, mind your body.
0:34.2	And what do you mean by it?
0:35.3	And let's get into where it came from.
0:39.2	Yeah. So I have been a student of the mind-body connection for many many years because uh the whole story began in
0:45.2	my own body my story i think a lot of people who go into this kind of healing go through the door
0:51.6	of their own personal experience and and I am no exception.
0:55.3	Just in really short order, when I was 19, my back went out.
0:58.8	I was in college.
0:59.7	I was very young and obviously stressed out, and my parents had to come and kind of collect me,
1:05.4	pick me up, and bring me home.
1:07.3	And I underwent all the tests that any responsible parent would do, x-rays, MRIs.
1:12.5	I had an orthopedic surgery consult.
1:15.4	And when I say back went out, I mean, I couldn't walk.
1:17.5	I was being helped to the bathroom.
1:18.8	So it was a pretty serious situation.
1:20.7	Yeah.
1:21.6	And the diagnosis, which they did find, a structural finding, was called degenerativeondylolisthesis. So it's an abnormality
1:29.9	of the lower spine. And, you know, very reasonably, this team of doctors looked at my films,
