In November of 2019 we got the diagnosis that my daughter had autism and that was really,

really hard for me. I think I was like on the verge of an emotional burnout. It hits you like a

ton of bricks because it's real and it's happening and there's nothing you can do about it. So

two months later, so early January, I guess I had the opportunity to take a course and that
