In today’s episode we had the honor of talking to Lewis Howes, entrepreneur, high performance business coach, podcaster, and former professional football player. He walked us through the journey that he has been going through to overcome his fears, take out all the “masculinity masks” he felt he grew up with, and live a life of true greatness. Lewis opened up about the story of how he told everyone in his life that he was sexually abused when he was 5 years old and how that lifted a burden off his shoulders, allowing him to heal and integrate his inner child, and create safe spaces for more men to talk about their own abuse experiences.

—-------------------------------------------
