1:05.8	how a once promising doctor became the pill mill killer that's a lot of ills right
1:11.7	there but this guy Paul Volkman was mentally ill to have done what he did.
1:17.0	And speaking of ill, this is going to be a quick intro because I don't have much of my voice left anymore after a cold has gone through my body.
1:25.1	So thank you for that segue Tim and you brought up Paul Vokeman.
1:29.7	He is not just this quote evil character distributing these drugs to people and laughing
1:36.2	in the corner of his dungeon in this like monstrous way.
1:39.6	He's such a complex individual and once Phil starts getting into his personality, his
1:45.6	narcissism, his failures and how all of those things kind of contributed to this
1:50.4	one part of him that had always been there and Phil knows this because he's got a personal
1:55.2	connection. His father actually went to medical school with him with Paul Vaukman and has accounts
2:00.4	from his father saying what this man was like, but ultimately everyone was surprised
2:05.1	when they heard that Paul Vochman was convicted of these crimes.
