I'm doing fantastic today Tim. I love it when we have guests on who are regulars not just

in the show but in our lives and this gentleman came into our lives years ago and had quite an impact.

He has had quite an impact on the true crime scene. Altogether, he's legitimate, a private

investigator and former bounty hunter. I think I just said two

words right there and people's ears perked up and they know who I'm talking about but

Tim before you tell us who it is, how are you?

I'm doing great. Thanks a lot for asking.

I'm excited to introduce this conversation with Greg Overachar, and yes, he's been on these

airwaves many times in the past. Of course, he's been on these airwaves many times in the past.

Of course, he has looked into Brana Maitland's disappearance,

among others, Erica Franelich included.

Both of those cases are spoken about in this new interview with Greg and Greg is also the author of the hunt for Brianna Maitland and it is a good book is new came out in 2023 we spoke

with Greg about it last year I think it was a two-part episode this is kind of a part three but it's almost like a

return to the conversation if you will and we go over the reaction to his book.

You know and it's always good to have someone like Greg on to remind the

listeners what his main motivation is and to keep Brianna Maitland's name in

the popular lexicon of this true crime conversation that we always have. The point is that we never

stop talking about these stories that come our way and whenever we have an opportunity to bring somebody into the conversation

to remind people why we're here we try to do that.
