0:04.1	The Colorado Bureau of Investigation announced an arrest in the 1999 Montrose County
0:09.8	disappearance of Dale Williams.
0:11.8	Officials arrested 68 year old Dan Bishop on suspicion of first degree murder.
0:17.5	Investigators say 25 years ago, Williams and his wife helped the suspect's wife leave him and moved to a secret location in Texas.

1:17.2	And Tony is the daughter of Dale Williams, who went missing from Nukla, Colorado on May 27, 1999.
1:25.6	And as you heard in that intro from ABC News 7 in Denver,
1:30.0	there has been a major break in the case.
1:32.8	And I want to read a little bit now from the website of the Montrose County Sheriff's Office.
1:38.2	Headline is Arrest Made in Cold Case after 25 years of tireless investigation.
1:44.2	On May 27, 1999, Mr Dale Williams was reported as a missing person to the Nucal Marshal's
1:49.6	office.
1:50.5	The investigation was then assumed by the Montrose County Sheriff's Office on July 4, 1999,
1:56.0	which was the same day that Mr Williams's truck was found fully submerged in the muddy waters at the confluence of the Dolores and San Miguel Rivers.
2:05.2	And since that date, numerous law enforcement agencies including the Montrose County Sheriff's
2:09.0	Office, Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the FBI have been involved in this investigation.
