Have you considered hiring an assistant or have you hired one and it just didn't work out?

So many of our clients in both of our group coaching programs and one-to-one mentorship program

are hiring an assistant, which is honestly one of the most personal and intimate positions

you can hire for. Almost exactly

three years ago, I had my first in-person interview with Tiffany Jordan, who I hired as a

part-time executive assistant with the goal of her becoming full-time. She not only quickly

became full-time, but within two years or even less than two

years, she was promoted to manager of operations. And now she oversees all of our internal projects,

manages both of our podcasts, and also deals with our podcast editors, and she has a full-time operations assistant reporting

directly to her.

And guess what?

We're about to hire another part-time executive assistant to support both Tiffany and

myself.

Hopefully that position will turn into full-time as well.
