Oh, thank you. It's great to be here. Yes, it's great to

have you back on the show. A word about Sarah. Sarah E. Brown, and she only uses the E because

there are too many other Sarah Browns out there, has actually had several careers, all of which she

says took her full circle to doing what she originally set out to do right out of

college, teaching, writing, and researching. Along the way, she has learned what she believes

makes for a happy and successful work experience. She's married and lives in Wilmington, Delaware.

When she's not working, she can be found rowing on the Christina River or romping through the woods

with her standard poodle Maharani.

So today's topic, Sarah, is how your personality can be a clue to a job that will make you happy.

And that's certainly right in the sweet spot of the thesis of our show.

So take the stage for a minute and just frame the issue and then we'll go into it a little more deeply.

Well, the way to set the stage on this might be to just tell you a little bit about how I got into this because it kind of brings up the problem that I'm trying to address.
