Summary

In this podcast, I talk about making mid-course corrections in life and pushing past the guilt. When we take into consideration who we're called to be and we keep our big picture in mind, it makes the necessary adjustments in life easier to make and have confidence. When we revisit why we're saying yes and no to things, it helps us stay safe and healthier in life.
