the top beliefs of people with high self-esteem. So self-esteem, self-love, self-respect, they kind of all

intertwine and are heavily like linked. And I personally think that it's hard to have one without the

other. So I wanted to kind of look into and do a bit of a research into what is it that people

who have high self-esteem and not just the ones that love themselves, but genuine high self-esteem,

what is it that they have in common with each other that we can look at as being like,

right, that's the platform.

That's what you need to have.

And if you have these things, that will equal higher self-esteem, higher self-respect,

And what I love about everything that I kind of found while doing a bit of like

digging deep and researching into this, is that pretty much most things

that, like most of these traits are traits that you can acquire. They, you aren't born with

them. You can acquire them. If you don't have them yet, you can get them. You can start changing

your behaviors. You can start changing how you interact with others, how you talk to yourself,

morning, your belief system, all of that. And you will find that doing these things will

positively impact your levels of self-esteem, self-respect and self-love. Okay. So let's, well,
