It is a month where we truly look at and honor those that are dealing with mental health issues. We want to put a focus on mental

health issues. We want to even look at our own mental health. How are we doing? How are we

navigating the world? What is happening within ourselves? So this is a month that we really want to

look at self and other and see how everybody's doing.
