All right welcome to episode 458. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of

new mindset who this as always. Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for

supporting me and today's a special episode which I'll talk about in a minute.

But for now I want to talk about the one trait, the one quality, the one

characteristic that I think we should all be leaning into this year. All of us.

Me, you, all of us can benefit from focusing on one quality that I think has so

much power. It has the power to break a cycle, a negative draining pattern of

repeated experiences. It has the power to reset your worth. The way you see what

you deserve, the way you interact with the world around you, who you date, what

you put up with, your goals, your sense of self, everything. It's one quality.

It's one focus. It's one mindset. And I really think making this your focus for

the year, it can open up doors. You previously thought were not available to

you. And it can also close doors for good that are no longer meant for you.

Maybe that's something you've struggled with continuing to go back to people

and habits and circumstances and patterns that do not reflect what you deserve.

Either way, I obviously think this is a powerful quality and that quality is

boldness, your boldness, your ability to be bold. And to be very clear, it's not

boldness in a brush, annoying, loud look at me kind of way. It's a cool calm
