They are a bit more forgiving.

You know, if you're going to use a water-based product, though they have improved, you

still have, you know, the laws of physics that show that, you know, they're going to freeze

at a certain temperature, whereas the solvent-based products just are not.

In preparation for this interview, I started poking around your company's website.

Of course, I knew about tight bond wood glue and that stuff, but I didn't know the hundreds of

other things your company makes. Do you have to have product knowledge about all this stuff?

Yes. You know, the group that we work with, we take phone calls. The 800 number is on every

cartridge, every container, and so they'll call us about, you know, just about anything. And we have to, you know,

in those cases where we don't know, you know, we're going to say we don't know, but we have a
