For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.

Good morning friends and welcome to the morning mindset. I hope you're ready to live this day and if you're not I'm glad you're listening to the morning mindset because the morning mindset is designed to help you be ready to face whatever the day brings.

Now I know not everyone wakes up all spry and chipper ready for the day.

I know not everyone is excited even about today because you may

have something serious or heavy or burdensome looming on the horizon, something you know you're going to have to face and I hope

hope that is weighing you down. And I hope that this morning my friends

you can utilize the time you spend with me right here in the morning mindset to prepare your mind for action

prepare yourself for that very circumstance

And today the apostle Paul tells us in Romans chapter 12 verse number three

something very important it has to do with the way we think about ourselves.

You see he's just told us we are to present ourselves as living sacrifices to God.

We are to avoid being conformed to the world and instead work at being transformed by renewing our minds.

You see, and those are habits we have to build.

And he says, in the next verse, he says,

4 by the grace given to me I say and so that word four says

I tell you all these things because by the grace given to me I say to you not to think of yourself more highly than you
