Summary

In life we eat a lot of sh*t sandwiches, and I hadn't fully realised that in 2017 I ate my biggest volume of sh*t sandwiches and it knocked my confidence more than I realised. In previous podcasts I've discussed how I felt 80-90% of my capacity and it was frustrating me, I didn't feel 100% AWESOME.

Hello. So today's podcast, I'm going to be dead quick with this and get into the meat and bones of this because I am excited.

I'm not firing on all cylinders and there was several reasons for that and I tried to verbalize that as much as I could because sometimes when we've got a problem in life we didn't fully know what it is. We can't fully identify with all the

layers of that problem, but the important thing is we spend time on that problem to try and move

ourselves forward. So I have been doing that and I did an updated podcast and I was like do you know what I'm at like

92 94% I'm getting now I'm close and today I'm gonna tell you I am at 100%. Why is this? Well a lot of it stem down to my work. What I do, which is why I get up every day and sometimes pull ridiculous hours at

4.30 a.m. that you might see on my Instagram stories and all that kind of stuff.

Because I am on a man on a mission. I love what I do. There's

lots I want to create. My job fires me up. I believe I'm someone that can help people change.

So my work means a lot to me.

And there was friction and frustration points

and I'd started to work through it.

And then some other things happened and I kind of felt that pressure again I felt that

that kind of slight bubble of frustration was like right how do I support that now one of the

best ways to solve a problem is to move environments to put yourself in a situation

where you're forced to reflect in and around other people and this is why I'm a massive fan of

events and seminars and going away and learning with other people,

getting other people's perspective and opinions.
