far and away my favorite exercise to do which is our mid-year check-in and the reason I like it is because at the beginning of the year we obviously talk a lot in our world Chris about goal setting

and and about building your plan and more often than not people think about

this in association with the beginning of the year right like they think about this is something that you do towards the end of the year, right? Like they think about this as something that you do towards the end of the year

for the start of the following year.

And by the way, yes, you should do that.
