So, hey, today we're talking about how to give yourself approval and believe you're good enough, because not feeling good enough, and always needing the affirmation, the approval, the acceptance, the advice of others, it can severely limit your ability to tap into your fullest potential, and your greatest amount of joy in life.

This coaching today that you're gonna get on the podcast is going to explore the process of some ways you can start to learn how to give yourself approval rather than depend on the approval of others, how to believe you're enough, and how to trust your own decisions, even if you've struggled in the past, with being a people pleaser, or with thriving on words of affirmation, or depending on someone else to tell you what to do.

Okay, guys, let's coach. Okay, first it's important to note that here's the deal. I think sometimes we get trapped into a pattern and a behavioral reliance on waiting for other people to tell us what to do.

Meeting other people's approval, waiting for somebody to say, yep, that's good enough. Or yes, that's your next step. We want confirmation and affirmation.

And what that does is it causes hesitation. And so let's just put it out here.

The path is unknown. What is ahead of you is impossible. Now, even if you are following the most traditional, most conservative trajectory that you think you could plan out, you still don't know the future.
