What if sleep is hard for you or life circumstances are keeping you up at night, tossing and turning with anxiety or overthinking or maybe you grew up in an environment where that's what you, you saw your parents do and talk about how little sleep they got or maybe you grew up in a competitive environment like, like, like I did where we bragged about how little sleep we got. |
