stop watching Netflix. Like as a therapist, it's really funny because I don't watch TV that much

because I don't want to get invested in like these hypothetical imaginary people's lives.

Yeah. Because when you get invested, you do. You get invested. Yeah. So like,

brain space and energy. Instead of Netflix, I binged Joe Dispenza books last month and podcasts.

And I can show you like, well, we could open my bank statement and show you the difference

that it made in my life. And that's because it added more value to me. So I was able to add more

value to other people. What's up guys? Welcome back to the FitBiz podcast. Today, I am sitting here with a special guest of

mine, Miss Bunny Young. I'm excited to tell you about Bunny, tell you how I know her, tell you why

I think she is going to bring tremendous value today. But first off, Bunny, thank you for joining

And from really the minute Bunny and I connected, I've just been drawn to this woman.
