All right welcome to episode 454. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new

episode of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening. Thank

you for supporting me very unreal to me. I won't go into it for this episode but

I'm going to do a year in review recap kind of episode soon but this past year

has been amazing and it really is all because of you. Your support your support

is what has allowed me to equip my job to do this full time to wake up each

morning just excited and eager and passionate to dive into mindfulness with

you. So just a quick but genuine thank you literally thank you for listening to

the podcast and today I'll do a short episode. It's the day after Christmas if

you celebrate Christmas so I'm sure you've got things going on or maybe nothing

going on and you just want to relax but either way short and sweet and I want to

talk about how we identify ourselves in life not like with our pronouns or you

know our star signs or INTJ or which Hogwarts house when we belong to but how

we describe ourselves how we describe ourselves in relation to what we want the

person we want to become the relationship status we want to have the amount of

money we want in our bank account and so on. I want to talk about literally the

words we use to describe ourselves or the lack thereof and my inspiration for
