That's not the way it works. Right. Like if you really want something, you have to deserve it, right? Like you have to put in that action to deserve and achieve what you're looking to do and that will require you to you know be |

If you, you know, want to have a lot of success financially, you need to learn how to save money, how to create a budget, to do all these different things. And, you know, you can't just say, oh, I want to have six pack abs, but be unwilling to track your food, to be consistently in the gym, to invest in yourself via coaching, |
| 2:35.3 | all these different things. And what I really just wanted to kind of add on to this is reflect on your ear. Like take two seconds. You know, my first question for everyone here is, did you achieve your goals? What goals did you have? And since, you know, this is a fitness podcast, let's start there. Are you better today than you were last year on this day? And if you're not, You you know you got to look in the mirror and you got to say okay i need to improve because we've spoken before how compounding can either be a positive thing or a negative thing and you know once again nine sign said this is the most powerful force in the universe because compounding is insane like you know when you look at math and that example of do you want a million dollars or double a penny every single day or whatever it may be. Compounding is a very, very powerful thing. So you're going to ask yourself, am I compounding positively or negatively? And it just takes small actions to get any better, right? And doing those small things. Like ask yourself, were you reading books? That you actually take time to challenge yourself? That you do something difficult? That you expand your horizons? Did you invest in yourself? Whatever it is, just set bigger and better goals for this year and start now. Start today, start this second. You know, not on the first. Don't wait for some superficial day. To get better, it's going to require you to commit and actually, you know, do that action that will get better. So once again, to get what you can't have to get better, it's going to require you to commit and actually, you know, do that action that will get better. |

That's so sick. And it can actually kind of make us put off actually doing that action, right? So we can't just talk about. There's nothing worse than talking. I'm going to get fit. I'm going to do this. You know, it's interesting. A lot of people were actually saying that because of this effect, they'll avoid even mentioning things and I'll kind of work hard and silence. Kyle spoke about the disappearing and just getting done your goals and working hard and, you know, then bring it to light. And I thought this was just an excellent example. But if you look back to last year, |

I'll set yearly goals, monthly goals, weekly goals. And I'm thankful to say I've achieved almost everything I wanted to do in the last year. And that's not me |

And, you know, another motivational video I love today, he was speaking about how you can dream big things and you can actually achieve everything you want to achieve. It is doable. It is possible. It just takes hard work and very often it takes more time than you think. A lot of the time we think we'll get something done quick, that example of getting apps for vacation. But if you're like, hey, I have a vacation in two months. I'm going to get this. You'll probably have pretty good hours, but maybe they won't be as perfect as they will and maybe it'll be even better a month later. Whatever. You're still getting closer to that goal. You're still getting better. And when you have that mindset of patience and understanding, it really just, it is a superpower. So I really want to touch on that today because I'm really passionate about this, especially as we begin that discussion of the new year, so I really hope this helped a lot of you.
